01 About

I'm a versatile, solutions-driven IT professional. My career began in retail systems in 1994 and grew through SABIC and Saudi Aramco's SAMREF into my current role as Sr. IT Analyst at the SABIC Research Center inside KAUST.

Day to day I run Tier 1–3 support, administer routers, switches, VLANs and a Linux HPC cluster, and configure Cisco CUCM telephony. After hours, and increasingly on the job, I design and ship web applications that solve real problems for the teams around me.

I lean on generative AI tools to speed up troubleshooting, tune SQL queries and move code from idea to deployment faster.
